We are seeking to hire an Administrative Clerical / Data Entry Clerk with solid computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.

Duties:-
•Answering telephone
•Order supplies and equipment
•Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
•General office administrative functions as required
•Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings and appointments

Qualifications :-
•Must have at least 1 year of experience
•bookkeeping experience
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to type 35+ words per minute
•Candidate must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint)
