Work as part of the Retail Pharmacy Customer Care Center team to ensure that each customer has a positive service experience with CVS Pharmacy. Deliver prepared scripting describing CVS Pharmacy services, in order to persuade customers on program enrollment. Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service in alignment with standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

· 1 to 3 years Customer Service experience

· Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate program details to customers over the telephone

· Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications

· Flexibility in work schedule

· Ability to complete all required training programs

· Ability to become licensed in accordance with Board of Pharmacy regulations

· Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts

· Verifiable High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous call center experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 /hour
